what is rocket wireless?
Rocket Wireless is a local, home grown program within the Auxiliary Services Department that has provided cellular voice and data services exclusively to students, faculty, staff and alumni of The University of Toledo since 2002.
Our staff understands the importance of one-on-one customer service when it comes to shopping for cellular service. Finding the best phone plan that fits your family's needs can be stressful and overwhelming, but it doesn't need to be! Our Rocket Wireless reps are trained to assist you with upgrading devices, service changes, billing questions as well as troubleshooting any issues you might have. We handle all communications with the cellular carriers so you don't have to. Come visit us in the Student Union (room 1560) so we can provide you with personal attention and walk you through all your available options.
